Do the following steps:
- Check to make sure that you have the recommended ports open on your firewall to allow NetCrunch to pull windows performance counters.
- Make sure that you have administrative rights to login to this machine. Without these rights, the status may be green but the counters may not be available.
- Double-click the node, select
Monitoring->Monitoring Engines. In Windows section temporarily decrease Monitoring time to 1 minute. Wait for a while. - Click
Start -> Runand type perfmon. Try to add counters to the node that you are trying to connect to. NetCrunch uses an API similar to perfmon. So if perfmon connects, so should NetCrunch. - Try to restart Windows registry service.
