Upgrade & Support Subscription:

The Upgrade & Support Subscription allows for updates, upgrades, and access to specific services within the validity period. One of the services is standard tech support.

Keeping your software up to date is critical for maintaining the security of your network monitoring, even if you don't need new features.

A valid subscription is required to have access to the following services:

  • Program updates, including security updates and new versions
  • Standard tech support through email and online chat during the relevant business hours, as stated in the support rules
  • Storage and management of your license through the customer portal, such as
    • activation and deactivation of your NetCrunch license, moving the license to another hardware or system
    • transferring your NetCrunch license to a different user profile
  • Using external or cloud-based services such as NetCrunch Connection Cloud, integrations, and other NetCrunch services provided in the cloud

Upgrade & Support Subscription can be renewed for one or multiple years. It is always renewed from the date of the previous subscription's expiration.
