DICOM C-Echo Sensor
The Sensor checks connectivity and validates response from DICOM capable system
The C-ECHO DICOM sensor monitors the availability of DICOM capable by sending a C-ECHO request. In fact, this very similar to what does regular Ping, so it's also called often DICOM Ping. The sensor verifies the DICOM handshake protocol and checks if the target system is properly answering DICOM messages.
Parameters
- Calling EA Title
- Calling AE Title- The Application Entity (AE) that initiates the DICOM messaging service request. It is based on the Source DICOM Application Name. This parameter identifies the Application Entity (AE) that shall contain the requestor of the A-ASSOCIATE service. It is based on the Source DICOM Application Name.
- Called EA Title
- Called AE Title- The Application Entity (AE) that is the intended acceptor of the service request. It is based on the Destination DICOM Application Name. This parameter identifies the Application Entity that shall contain the intended acceptor of the A-ASSOCIATE service. It is based on the Destination DICOM Application Name.
