Traceroute Sensor
The sensor can alert when the number of hops to the destination has changed
The sensor executes traceroute to host using ICMP Echo requests.
Parameters:
- Timeout (ms) - timeout for each hop
- Maximum hop count
Counters:
- Hop Count
Alerts:
- Number of hops has changed
- Trace is incomplete
Traceroute - will be in the Warning state if trace can't be completed (target address is unreachable or maximum number of hops has been reached)
